Wow, it’s “CRUNCH TIME” with fitness!!

Time for the drivers to give their bodies the best preparation possible before going to Daytona for the race weekend. I have been cross-training between Pilates, Spinning and weight equipment.  My local place is K2 Pilates.  At K2 they have several classes from spinning to working reformer Pilates and wow, what a workout.  I feel that my cardio, flexibility, strength and the use of Mona vie products; I’m ready for the Daytona 24 hour race on January 30th.
